The Turbo Buick series of GMP diecasts were (and still are) one of the best that was ever produced about these vehicles.
Collecting these 1:18 scale diecast cars, all 34 of them, is usually a goal that’s shared by fans of the Turbo Regals who also collect scale models.

At one point years ago (like well over a decade and a half ago), we had all of them.
At that time, it took us over 5-6 years to gather them all up, but we finally were successful on that venture.
Some collectors are ok with simply having them, and keeping them in their original boxes.
Usually stored in a dark closet somewhere.
We weren’t.
So we created a large diorama display (3′ wide x 6′ long), added trees, a dragstrip, workshop, gas pumps, and other related accessories.
Then we sealed up the entire thing surrounded with plexiglass (keeping everything dust-free).
So cool.
An online friend back then wanted to see them all, so instead of just taking pics, we created a neat video about them.
It was a fun process, and we thought you Buick Regal aficionados would appreciate seeing the video if you haven’t previously.
Might be good watching it again as well, it will make you chuckle.
Extreme and a bit crazy, perhaps, but that’s what happens when you want to actually “see them” on a regular basis and appreciate the Turbo Regal diecasts you have, and not just simply store them in a box somewhere.
For those who’ve never seen all of the different Buick GMP’s that were made, and the assorted accessories, this one’s for you.
FUN video too for Buick fanatics!
.
And just FYI, over the last 5-6 years, we scaled down this diecast collection, so the majority of them were sold. The few we have left we intend to keep them.
Enjoy the video.
