When you’re a tee shirt vendor, you know it’s all a numbers game.
That’s why the sellers create a bunch of different types and styles.
Some will be a hit, while the majority of them will not.
From a buyers prospective, we get to choose the cool designs we want to add to our wardrobe collection.
(goodie for us, not so good for the seller)
And since the sellers produce many different versions, or should I say “design” them – most of the shirts we see for sale, haven’t actually been produced yet (since the sellers don’t know if they will be popular or not).
That’s why there’s usually a delay in you receiving them.
They wait until you buy before they are printed.
Which is generally fine, unless you are in a rush to get them.
If you need to know if the product is (really) already made or not, just look at the background of the photo.
Does it look like it’s in a real life environment?
Or is it a plain white (or black) background, or some other added element that just looks like a design incorporated into the picture?
If you see real life items (the shirt sitting on a table, or hung up on a door, etc.), it probably exists already.
Either way is fine if you like the graphic image on the t-shirt and are willing to wait a bit to get it.
Here’s some examples of both, can you see the differences?
(all these shirts are actually for sale online, check ebay, etc.)
