Strengthening up the body of your turbo regal is often a good thing.
Here’s 2 sets of pieces that work nicely under the hood of your car to accomplish this task.
The first, (the 2 smaller bars shown in the pic), attach from the core support to the fenders {sometimes called “fender to radiator” braces}.
[about $40-ish; you can usually acquire these from various buick vendors like Kirbans, etc., or hit the junk yard & search Cutlasses or similar g-body vehicles]
The second reinforcement bars, run from the core support all the way to the firewall.
They work great for firming up body points, although since they are long, might get in the way if you have to work in the engine compartment on your Buick Regal.
These are kind of hard to find if you’re interested in obtaining them.

They originally came off of the Pontiac Grand Prix of the same era as our turbo buicks.
