Here’s an original booklet mailed out through the post office to potential new car buyers for the 1985 Buick line up of vehicles.
From the Buick Motor Division, it contained the address of the nearest Buick auto dealer to the customer.
These sales catalogs were probably sent by the local car dealers direct to past car buyers, but the return address showed the Flint, MI, BMD office (as well as their bulk rate postal stamp).
The message inside was clear: come in for a test drive!
As what better way to sell a car than have people test out the actual product!
Measuring 7″ x 10.5″ inches it was 16 pages long, and had the highlights (some specs and WHY you should want the specific vehicle) on the full lineup of new 1985 Buick automobiles, including the Regal Grand National, as well as the Riviera, Electra, Century and Skylark.
