Attending any Buick car show will net you a huge view of a sea of black cars.
Sure, they made more Buick Grand Nationals than any other color (or ALL of the other colors combined for that matter), but some people actually choose to be like everyone else & own the black one.
Potential owners often say if I’m going to buy one, “It’s got to be a Grand National.”

Even though there are certain colors that are way more rare than the GN, the Grand National is the one that is most desired and most recognizable, especially to those not familiar with Buicks at all.
