Circa 1984, Hot Wheels came out with these neat Buick Regal cars in their “Crack-Ups” series.
The front ends on these vehicles ‘flipped’ – one side was a nice new front end, the other end, when ‘crashed into’ another car, would flip around, and resemble a front end crash! Then you could flip it back to looking like new & start over!
There were 4 versions made; 2 designs made in white (one was called the ‘official test vehicle’), a red car, and a purple/maroon vehicle.
