This is a new auto show for us that we’re attending this year.
And all new for this specific Michigan Festival, they’re lining Van Dyke Road (called Main Street within the city) with all the vehicles.
What do you get when you stuff the over 1/2 mile long pavement with cool modes of transportion on both sides of the street?
An awesome car show!
Over 400 hot rods of all types and kinds showed up!
2 Buick Grand Nationals and a Buick T-Type WH1 were present, along with a bunch of other GM G-body and A-body autos.
That makes us a happy campers!
With the excellent turnout and participation for the 2023 Almont Heritage Festival, they’re sure to do it this same exact way next year!
Beautiful weather (sunny, not too hot or cold), fun activities, neat classic cars, trophies, raffles, and more.
(you should probably put this one on your “must attend” list!)
Saturday, September 16, was a very good day for automobile aficionados (for both people who showed up as well as those who brought a muscle car of some sort).
