This is the European version of the Buick Grand National diecast car in the F&F collection.
1/43 scale in size, featuring the same black familiar vehicle (with different license plates than the versions here in the U.S.), enclosed in an acrylic case (with the car sitting on an angled base), packaged on a short backing card.
Made by Premium & Collectibles Trading Co. Ltd., it’s a licensed GM product.
(some sellers advertised it as an “IXO” brand model, but we don’t think it’s made by them, even though they are similar style cars)

We saw these for sale online (ebay), with 1 seller in Spain, another in France, for this item.
Cost was about $40-50 shipped.
This particular size diecast is popular overseas, but not so much here as we’re use to the 1:18, 1:24, 1:64 variety. But there are other 1:43 scale autos that were made and available within the States (by assorted manufacturers).
