If your car is missing the hood emblems, or your old ones broke off (common issue between the 3 and the 8 near the point/dot), then replacing it with new ones presents the problem of exactly where to stick them on at.
You could just slap them on wherever they look best, or centered somewhere on the hood bulge, but wouldn’t it be better to have an exact placement, like they did from the factory?
