End of Summer Showdown 6 Neighborhood Superstars Car Show Oct 2024

With quite a few auto events happening today on this beautiful fall day, we selected the End of Summer Showdown 6 car show, put on by the Neighborhood Superstars, because we already know (before we even get there) we’ll see a bevy of awesome GM G-body vehicles (which is our main wheelhouse).

Their previous shows that we’ve gone to have indicated those results.
Several hundred cars show up, with oodles of them being of the variety we prefer (the G’s).
And that’s the main reason we come!
(it helps too that all the staff & participants are nice and friendly!)

A truly awesome show that we’ve been to plenty of times.
We like seeing the variety of different stylings owners put into their rides.
From mild to wild, stock to totally dubbed out, there’s something here for everyone!

If you’ve ever wondered how busy this place gets, at one point, there was so many cars waiting to get in, it blocked traffic for what seemed like a mile in both directions! Then the Police stopped in to get things moving along…
(but all was good)

With checking out all the rides thoroughly today and at the past shows, one thing we’ve never actually done before is walk inside Gateway Classic Cars, where this event is held at. Our main concentration has always been the rows and rows of show cars lined within and around this complex. This Saturday, October 5, 2024, event provided us the opportunity to see exactly what GCC has for sale inside their building. You can view automobile selections far below (after the event cars).

It’s getting down to the end of the season, so hit up all the car shows you can before you put your beasts to rest for the winter!
