Jammin’ at the Junction Roseville MI 2024

Saturday, September 28, 2024, Utica Rd., Roseville, MI.
The 7th Annual Jammin’ at the Junction Car Show.

The forecast predicted it was going to be a yucky day, and as it turns out, it was!

We were suppose to attend 2 other car shows before heading to this one.
One of them was moved to next Saturday (the Neighborhood Superstars show), and the other one (Street Dreams season ender) we decided not to venture out to (45 minutes away and weather looked too gloomy for us to take a chance on going, as we felt participation would be way down).

So we went here instead, earlier than our anticipated arrival time (we showed up at about 12:30), and a good thing we did!
It just started raining, and they were already announcing door prizes and winners. They also said the rain was here to stay for the next hour and a half, and that Utica Road was going to be reopened (for normal traffic) by 1:30!
(The show was suppose to run until 4PM)
We would have totally missed this event had we gone at our regular scheduled time.
Not that we would have missed much, as there were only about 25 cars in attendance.

We always see some G & A bodied GM’s at this event, and this year was no different, even with the less than stellar participation this event yielded this time around.

.

We also had intended on going to the Chesterfield North Gratiot Cruise after the Roseville show, but the rain continued to come down constantly, so that was a wash out for us. We’re pretty sure there were probably cars parked in various lots, but without being able to get out and walk around and scope out the rides, the decision was made to just scrap the idea of attending.
