Low Mile 1987 Buick Grand National (OEM Reference Source Engine Bay Pics)

This is day 3 (of 4) of our hands on look at an original 16,000 mile 1987 Buick Regal Grand National, pretty much as it came from the factory.

Today’s photographs go over everything that’s in the engine compartment.

These reference pics make a great source of information for restorers or others who need this type of documentation.

An OEM original GM G-body Regal, as it came from the assembly plant in 1987.
This was a 2 owner car that was recently sold (and staying in Michigan).

.

It would be impossible for us to put all the photos we shot of this vehicle (450+) in 1 single post on this website, so we’ve broken it down into 4 sections:
(meaning there’s going to be 4 separate posts for them, 1 each day, come back tomorrow to see the next section!)

1. exterior
2. interior & trunk
3. engine compartment
4. chassis / frame / under car

.

THIS page contains 20 photos, a sampling of all the photos we took!

Remember, we couldn’t put them all on THIS page, so if you need/want to see them all, follow the link at the bottom of this page.
It will take you to another page that contains a downloadable zip file (that has 120 engine compartment photos within)!

WE ARE MAKING THESE PHOTOS AVAILABLE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS THEM, FREE OF CHARGE!
[ Pretty nice of us, huh? ]

.

TO NOTE about the ENGINE BAY photos:

* The fuel injectors were replaced (with stock type units, but they were painted black).
* The battery is not the original factory battery, but it is a Delco battery.
* All of the fluids were flushed and replaced (by 2nd owner).

> GM A-body LED kits <   are available as well !
