The Buick Motor Division sponsored a bunch of assorted events in the 1990s, including Golf tournaments like the “Buick Open.”
There were also corporate gatherings, such as the Buick Announcement Meeting held in San Diego, CA. “Simply The Best” was the statement of the day.
To garner the company team spirit, shirts were created to commemorate these events.
In 1988 for the Buick Homecoming automobile event held in Flint, Michigan, which was the 85th Anniversary, Buick was the main sponsor of this spectacle. The BuickTown Chapter produced these souvenir tee shirts for the Flint Vehicle City gala.
While on the subject of Buick City, check out this neat CLCD handkerchief! Be the best! Spotters ready!
