The Buick Motor Division rewarded their employees for their service by gifting them anniversary pins, usually marked with certain type of gem stones based on the number of years they were employed by the company.
Also available to sales people were specially designed Buick themed lapel pins, usually featuring the Buick crest, AKA the tri shield logo, in some form or another.
