This is another item that we’ve never really seen before, nor heard about.
We imagine the “Buick National Dealer Council” would have been a group meeting for a lot of the Buick auto dealers (or representatives) from across the nation, discussing issues concerning the business of the current years agenda.
These specially created manufacturer folders were to hold notes taken, or for printed handouts, etc. These leather bound folders were given out to the members of that specific years council.
The 1984 version is imprinted with the Olympics logo on the front, since this was the year they were held, and Buick was a sponsor for the event.
1986 Buick National Dealer Council Folder, this one had the Buick Hawk imprinted on it with the words “Partners in Innovation.”
Definitely a neat addition to any Buick literature collection.
(they were listed on ebay for a bit less than $20)
