Back in the day (1986 to be specific), Buick produced promotional material for the dealerships, that the car salesman could review on passing along the details about the 1986 Buick Regal (and T-type plus the Grand National) to interested buyers.
This was an era were the “Laserdisc” was utilized.
(Laser discs were the next step after VHS tapes, and were to become the new “it” thing, but wasn’t a very popular idea)
(you can think of these like a huge vinyl record-sized disc that played video, similar to the dvd in current times, only a much larger disc)
The below video has a female narrator that describes all the current changes for the 1986 model year.
Kind of interesting, and not too long at less than 10 minutes.
Give it a quick watch for the highlights about the 1986 Buick Regal.
[ the quality isn’t the greatest since this was a product that’s 40 years old, and then being transferred onto something you can actually view today! ]
