When the Buick Regals left the factory, they had inspection stickers attached to the windshield (and other assorted places). This indicated specific steps in the manufacturing process; a certain aspect to the build was completed, or an informational piece to the Buick dealerships where they were delivered.
Unless your turbo regal has been stored in a museum since day one, it’s doubtful you have any decals like these (still affixed to your car or otherwise).
