The Powermaster was the standard for stopping the Gbody Regals in 1986-1987.
They work great, until they don’t.
Then you’re stuck with having to get an expensive replacement (that will eventually fail again).

You could switch over to a Hydro boost system, or use what the 1989 Pontiac Turbo Trans Ams did, a good ole vacuum brake system.
