Wednesday August 15, 2018 was the annual meetup for the local Michigan Buick Turbo Regal owners. Converging in the Staples parking lot just North of Square Lake Road, over 3 dozen Buick Grand Nationals, Turbo T’s, T-types, a WH-1, a couple Turbo Trans Ams, and some older A-body Buicks gathered taking up a big chunk of the parking lot.
The beginning of the afternoon seemed sketchy in the skies, but cleared up nicely later in the day, until night time when it eventually did rain.
If you haven’t attended this spot before, you’re missing out. Saturday’s festivities are scattered throughout Woodward Avenue during the regular Dream Cruise, with Turbo Regals not being in any particular place. If you want to hangout with other Buick peeps and their awesome G-body Regals, you need to attend at this Wednesday event.
