Recently I came across 2 different versions of some new cool art pieces that would look stunning hanging on your office or man cave wall, or in the garage with your buick turbo regal.
These are both metal cutout artwork and can be had for about 70 bucks each, which isn’t bad considering how big they are.
The first, a car shape designed like the Buick Grand National with a retail price of about $70 shipped.
It’s 13″ tall x 32″ wide in size, and cut-out from 14ga (0.0747″) thick hot rolled steel.
Available from The Turtle Labs in North Carolina.
( FIND them HERE )
( they also sell these same pieces on ebay )
The second, the famous Buick Grand National Emblem with a retail price of just $60 (plus about $20 shipping).
It’s 8.5″ tall x 26″ wide in size, and made from thick sheet metal.
Available from a company called Speed Cult.
(they show up at random car events like the yearly autorama, etc)
Both of these awesome items arrive in a raw metal form, which gives you many finishing options. Powdercoating, painting, or just leaving it alone to form it’s own petina finish over time.
We chose to primer & paint them both.
Midnight black metallic was the color of choice for the image of the Buick GN, over the top of the self-etching primer that we applied.
Silver was used for the Buick GN logo.
With minimal prep work to finalize them for display, these beauties are ready to hang on the wall in a few hours and cost about $150 for both.
A worthy addition to your Turbo Regal wall art collection in our opinion!
