The last monthly Sanders Car Show was held on Thursday September 17 2020, in Clinton Township MI (on Hall Road near Gratiot Avenue) and boy, car enthusiasts came out in droves to make this final call for the year here at this chocolate factory, candy and ice cream shoppe!
It was an excellent day weather wise, so that most definitely helped attendance!
The official show time was 5-8 pm, but my arrival at 3:30 was met with 100 hot rods that were already there!
More and more vintage vehicles & muscle cars arrived with each passing moment, with I’m guessing at least 325 made their way through the lot during the course of the day.
This was the first time we attended this event, and apparently it’s always well stocked with a variety of automobiles, weather permitting.
Put it on your car show list for next year if you’ve never been!
A couple other Grand Nationals were parked, along with a few other Buicks, Monte SS’s, a couple Hurst/Olds, Grand Prix’s, and lots of Corvettes and Mustangs.
Not to mention a smorgasbord of other interesting eye candy.
I met 2 (new to me) local Buick peeps (Greg and Marty) which was cool, I always enjoy chatting with like minded folks about our G-body Regals and other things.
