It’s that time of the year again for the world’s largest car cruise!
Or should I say the world’s largest parking lot on the street!
The annual Woodward Dream Cruise for 2022 was packed with thousands and thousands of automobiles!
We first ventured down “Mustang Alley” (on 9 Mile Rd) then travelled up the Avenue parking just North of 14 Mile Road to watch the cruisers driver by.
(it took us a couple hours to get there because of the amount of cruisers!)
On the drive up, we spotted several Buick Grand Nationals, as well as other G-body & A-body vehicles parked in the various lots.
Pretty much any type of transportation you’d ever want to see was attending.
Check out the “Cosmic Cruiser” – a super long customized van!
Old Rolls Royces, new Ferrari’s and Lambos, McLaren, etc., etc.!
The expected rain rolled in for about an hour during the middle of the day, but then participants came right back out to do their thing.
The next scheduled event is on Sunday Aug 28, Hines Drive Park Cruise.
