After coming from the Toys For – Emerald Square car show earlier, we headed over to this auto event since it was relatively close (25 minutes away).
Another new to us auto show to attend.
And another weekly car show (Tuesdays 6-8PM) that we’ve been wanting to go to.
Held in the Commonwealth Church (27171 West Chicago, Redford) parking lot.
It’s always good to check out new venues.
The problem with doing so however, is you don’t know what type of cars will show up.
Or how many.
In this case, the answer is 12.
Had it not been for the earlier show we went to today, this would have been a wasted trip for us (it’s 40 minutes from our home base).
(the lady we met did say with school still being in, they can’t start any earlier, which the local car peeps want to do, and that attendance should be better soon after that)
But again, you never know until you try.
And we try, a lot.
Sometimes we win, sometimes not…
Except for an older GM A-body (Monte Carlo), there really wasn’t any vehicles here that we normally would be eyeballing.
