Similar to yesterdays post about the 1981 Buick Press Kit, today we feature the 1982 version of this yearly announcement.
In general, with these type of press kits, there’s usually a bunch of black and white photos for each of the vehicles in Buicks model line for the year.
Then there’s multiple pages of press releases, basically fact sheets and details about what’s new for each individual 1982 Buick automobile.
The lead page included within usually projects an overall statement to what is inside the folder, with some highlights mentioned.
The 1981 Buick press kit shown below specifically features the Lesabre, Park Avenue, Regal, Riviera, and Skylark.

Occasionally, Buick Motor Division released several different versions of press kits in a calendar year, depending on what was happening for the year, and their particular vehicle model releases.
There may have been one main general type (multiple car announcements), like the one below, then there could be one for a specific purpose, like this one: for the 1982 Buick Regal Grand National press kit.
