Many of the well known Buick vendors have their own designed promotional license plates that can be attached to the front of your Turbo Regal.
There’s also custom crafted plates made from certain Buick racing events.

Then there’s the aftermarket versions that were made, with the Buick Grand National (or other) logos on them.
They all fit fine, and look cool, on the front ends of your Gbody Regals, assuming your state doesn’t require an official plate in that location.
