There’s numerous charity car shows (AKA paid entry events) that always occur during the car cruise season. We attend them sporatically, but make an effort to check them out especially when it’s at a venue we’ve never been to before.
This was on Sunday, August 11, 2024, held at the Martha T Berry Medical Care Facility (parking lot), in Mount Clemens, Michigan.
There wasn’t a real lot of cars at this event (though a good amount, about 75-ish), but there were a lot of quality cars participating.
That’s 1 of the differences between free and paid car shows.
Free shows generally have many more vehicles on display, whereas these pay to get in events have less, but the automobiles are usually more specialized, customized, and high end entries.
We saw 1 G-body and a few GM A-bodies, plus some older Buicks (Riviera’s).
The 1976 Buick Century Indianapolis 500 Pace car was cool to see up close.

This is going to be a big week for car stuff, with the Woodward Dream Cruise (officially) going on next weekend! (and of course cruisers will be out all week long out there, unofficially, celebrating!)
