The last few years this event has brought out some cars, but also some rain with it, so the turnout hasn’t been great.
Today’s cruise offered perfect cool weather, and the hot rodders came out in droves to prove it.
We saw a handful of Buick Grand Nationals, and lots of other GM G-body cars and A-body’s in force.
It’s good to hit up not-nearby (to us) events every so often, as it gives you a chance to see some vehicles that you don’t normally see (and many who attend this one don’t tend to travel down to our close-by Southeastern Michigan car shows).

Tomorrow (but today as you’re reading this), is the annual Downriver Cruise (AKA Fort Street Cruise), and that’s where we’ll be participating at. Wave as you drive by and we’ll snap your pic (but only if you’re in a cool car….)!
