So after attending yesterday’s Westland car show, we hit up this one, at the Garden City Cafe, in Garden City, Mich.
This is another weekly Thursday car show, and the October 6. 2022, event brought out around 60 autos.
It’s nice travelling to the west side, since we see a bunch of automobiles that we don’t see over on the East side (except for perhaps the really large cruises).
Today’s selections were all mostly new to us.
This place has the potential to put on some huge shows, since their lot connects to a strip mall that has a big parking lot. Several hundred vehicles could congregate here, and according to a local friend, the summer shows do indeed draw a very large crowd. Meaning we will have to come back here during the summer madness.
Other than a few GM A-bodies, there wasn’t too much eye candy for us this go round. That won’t stop us from returning here in the future though.
Since we went to 2 car shows today, we’re considering the day as a successful one.
