If you desire smooth looking bumpers on your G-body Regal, without wanting to go the fiberglass route, here’s your chance to see how that’s done.
These 2 videos show you that, but unfortunately there’s no naration on them.
The basic steps are, after removing the trim on them, you weld up the holes (doing every other one so you don’t warp the metal), then you grind down the welds to make them smooth. Final step is painting, powdercoating, chroming or whatever your choice of finish is.
