Changing Front Corner Side Marker Light Bulbs

The front corner side marker lights serve a dual purpose.
When the regular lights are on, they serve as a running (park) light.
When the turn switch (or emergency / hazard lights) is activated, they serve as a blinker (flashing / blinking turn signal).

The stock OEM light is a white bulb behind a (white in the front, amber in the back) lens.

They are wired in such a way that the (circuit) current alternates between the 2 wires.
It is powered/grounded thru the bumper lights (it doesn’t have an actual separate ground thru THIS light).
This means that when the running lights are on, THIS light stays constantly lit.
When the turn signal is activated, the (power) current switches (from brown wire to black wire), and THIS light starts blinking.
