The front bumper contains the bulbs for the running lights, and turn signals, which are also park lights.
The factory version supplied amber colored bulbs, housed behind an amber lens.
Some crafty 1984-1987 Buick Regal owners have discovered that by using earlier year housings (1981-1983), which are clear, it gives a totally different look to the front end of the Turbo Buick.
Those same amber bulbs can still be utilized, accomplishing the same visual look at night as before the swapout, and also when they are ON (running lights), or blinking.
The visual difference is noticeable during the day when the lights are off, that’s when the clear lenses stick out from the norm.

When the lights are on:
The inner lights stay constantly lit.
The outer lights stay constantly lit as well, but also blink when the turn signal (or hazard switch) is implemented.

LH (driver side) (bumper, outer) park/turn light:
CONNECTOR 1: light blue in from turn signal switch (connects to junction, black wire to LH side marker light)
CONNECTOR 2: brown out to junction (connects to both side markers, both bumper running lights)
CONNECTOR 3: black out to ground.
LH (driver side) (bumper, inner) running light:
CONNECTOR 1: brown from junction (connects to both bumper lights, side marker lights)
CONNECTOR 2: black out to ground.
LH (driver side) (bumper, outer) park/turn light:
CONNECTOR 1: dark blue in from turn signal switch (connects to junction, black wire to RH side marker light)
CONNECTOR 2: brown out to junction (connects to both side markers, both bumper running lights)
CONNECTOR 3: black out to ground.
LH (driver side) (bumper, inner) running light:
CONNECTOR 1: brown from junction (connects to both bumper lights, side marker lights)
CONNECTOR 2: black out to ground.

HOW TO CHANGE BULB:
2 phillips screws or 2 T15 Torx screws hold the bezel on (1 on each side of housing).
These same screws also run thru the parking light housing.
The screws pass thru both of those and get secured to the bumper (on a clip inside), which holds the entire assembly in place.
Pull the housing out as far as it will go.
The inner light socket is at the top of the housing, twist the plug out, then pull the bulb out.
You need to remove the parking light housing (from the bumper) if THIS bulb needs to be replaced.
The outer socket comes out from the backside of the housing, twist the plug out, then twist the bulb out.
You can replace THIS bulb without removing the parking light housing, reach it from under the car.
Reinstall assembly by reversing the order.
